The organization body focused on customer satisfaction designated the dynamics of quality policy in conjunction with supply chain aiming to increase the value added, personnel applications based on Participation, everlasting development and training.
Keeping in mind that quality means “the satisfaction degree of the consumer by meeting its needs” we rely on our quality policy already established to continuously develop in the context of customer centered conception.
We keep the quality just in the focus of activities as an initial condition that formed in line with the consumer and sector conditions.The quality being as a measure of sine qua non of making difference and competing shows itself as an cultural concept and perception in our organization.
We continue to carry out our jobs relying on the measures of quality for you in the context of technical efficiency of the product, consumer services of the company, economical position, after-sell services, applications concerning scope of warranty, research and development activities. |
